2 new properties have come up for sale very close to the new Makaza border pass road
One is commonly called a Villa (small building usually used for hunting parties etc)
It is very close to the new road that will lead throo the Makaza border pass into Komotini at the Greek border with northern Greece

it will be paid for in leva so the exchange rate is dependent on the bank rate on that date
