We knew we were getting close to the castle at Ustra. We saw the signs! 10km and we will be there. 1km and we will be there.
We took the jeep up as far as we could on the very rocky mountain path, abandoned the jeep and set off on foot in search of this castle in southern Bulgaria.
It began to rain cats n dogs but alas no castle!
These are the only photos we managed to take as the rain stopped play and we gave up our search for the Castle at Ustra! Next time eh!
