These very cute donkeys in the countryside of Bulgaria are free to roam. Just be careful as you drive around the country roads as they are often strolling slowly across to refuel on the other side!
Photos of the horses and donkeys from our Kardjali Bulgarian holiday in February 2007 trekking up the glorious mountains and in the beautiful countryside of Bulgaria the Bulgarian people were very friendly extremely helpful and very chilled!
